At this time, all my services (individual and group) are online. a Yoga Nidra Practice of the Heart recorded and developed by Founder and President of iRest Yoga Nidra Teacher Training's, Retreats and Seminars. Richard Miller that combines traditional yogic practices with Western psychology and neuroscience. I am also interested in working with clients who wish to explore iRest yoga nidra as a practice of personal growth and development. iRest is a Yoga Nidra practice developed by Dr. I am accepting referrals for clinical therapy from clients residing in Michigan who seek a non-dual perspective and who want to consider adding iRest yoga nidra as part of their healing or self-care toolkit. Learning self for most of us is a lifelong process, and the iRest yoga nidra practice supports you to tune in and meet each moment of life in a way that supports a felt sense of ease without second guessing or self-doubt. If you have any doubts about the existence or reliability of your nourishing life force, then experiencing iRest will surely bring clarity or a sense of hope. And even more, it also puts you in your own experience so that you truly connect with your nourishing life force from the inside-out. The nondual and nondirective nature of the iRest yoga nidra experience puts you in the front row seat of your own experience. The beauty of iRest, is that each person attunes to their own sensations and internal experiences to discover what feels aligned in a "just right" way for them. However, if opening to Self or welcoming all of what life has dished out feels too much or too fast, then therapy may provide additional scaffolding to support an individual's healing journey. In my experience, iRest, as a psychoeducational process or a meditative practice, can provide a direct path to healing from traumatic stressors and other life difficulties. I find that i iRest is a natural complement to my clinical work. In The iRest Program for Healing PTSD, clinical psychologist and yogic scholar Richard C. My clinical training includes Certifications in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Heartmath (biofeedback). I use the tools of iRest meditative self-inquiry to support the therapeutic healing process. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a part-time practice of online therapy to Michigan residents, as well as an iRest® Certified Teacher and hatha yoga teacher.
